CODE OF CONDUCT

We, as organizers of Endpoint Management SUMMIT 2024, are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants, including speakers, attendees, and sponsors. We ask that everyone involved in the event adheres to the following Code of Conduct:

1. RESPECT AND INCLUSIVITY

1.1 Treat all participants with respect, regardless of their gender, age, race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic.

1.2 Be mindful of your language and behavior. Harassment, discrimination, offensive or inappropriate comments or jokes, and any form of intimidation will not be tolerated.

1.3 Respect personal boundaries and consent. Do not engage in any unwelcome physical contact or advance without explicit consent.

1.4 Be inclusive and welcoming to all participants, making sure everyone feels valued and included in discussions and activities.

2. PROFESSIONALISM

2.1 Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all event activities, including presentations, panel discussions, networking sessions, and social events.

2.2 Engage in constructive and respectful dialogue, even in the face of disagreements. Foster an atmosphere of open-mindedness and collaboration.

2.3 Refrain from engaging in any form of disruptive behavior that may hinder the event or detract from the overall experience of other participants.

3. USE OF EVENT RESOURCES

3.1 Respect the intellectual property rights of speakers, organizers, and other participants. Obtain proper permission before using or sharing any copyrighted materials.

3.2 Handle event materials, equipment, and facilities with care. Report any damage or malfunctions to the appropriate event staff.

3.3 Adhere to any specific rules or guidelines regarding the use of event technology, software, or platforms.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW AND POLICIES

4.1 Abide by all applicable laws and regulations during the event. Do not engage in any illegal activities or actions that may jeopardize the safety or well-being of others.

4.2 Follow the policies and guidelines set forth by the event organizers, venue, and any associated platforms or tools used for the event.

5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

5.1 If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report the incident to the event organizers or staff immediately.

5.2 All reports will be treated with discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality. The organizers will promptly address and investigate any reported incidents and take appropriate actions.

6. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

6.1 Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary measures, including, but not limited to, warnings, temporary or permanent expulsion from the event, and, where applicable, legal actions. We kindly ask all participants to familiarize themselves with and respect this Code of Conduct.
